This manual was exposed to black smoke caused by a fire.  The back cover page has large black stains on it and the edge of the pages all have a black stain.  Other than that, the manual is in very good condition.  It is complete, no wripped page, good binding and other than those few stains, the manual is clean an in excellent condition.
