This manual has seen better days.  The cover looks rough especially the back page.  There is a portion missing at the back page; we have used adhesive tape to stop further damage.  The binding is not good anymore so it will need to be perforated and put in a binder.  The inside of the manual is mostly clean in the exception of a few finger prints.  The manual is complete and there are no wripped pages.
