In order to ship Kawasaki motorcycles as efficiently as possible, they are partially disassembled before crating. Since some of the most commonly removed parts have a direct bearing on a motorcycle's reliability and safety, conscientious pre-sale assembly and preparation become extremely important. This Assembly and Preparation Manual explains step by step procedures of the following items for all Kawasaki motorcycles.
1. Uncrating - This section describes removal of the bike from the crate and inspection of the disassembled parts.
2. Assembly - This section gives the correct and efficient installation procedures for commonly removed parts.
3. Preparation - Battery service, engine or transmission oil, fuel, brake fluid, and adjustment procedures are discussed here. Also included are "Check and Tighten" and "Test Ride Information".
This manual is in excellent condition.
