This manual is designed to be used in conjunction with the KLX250 D/E  Motorcycle Service Manual  99924-1165-01  The maintenance and repair procedures described in this supplement are only those that are unique to the KLX300 A motorcycle.  Most service operations for these models remain identical to those described in the base Service Manual.  Complete and proper servicing of the KLX250 D/E motorcycle therefore requires both this supplement and the base Service Manual.
