The cover of this manual is rough looking and there are some writings inside the cover as well as the first page.  There are some fainted water stains.  The 2 last memo pages were removed as they were full of personal information from the last owner.  Although it is not a pretty manual, all the information is clear and it should be handy for the one who doesn't have one.
