This electrical module part replaces the standard Lucas rectifier and Lucas zener diode which are prone to fail from vibration and fatigue.  This Rectifier Regulator mounts very easily and works very well.  It is electronic and vibration doesn't affect it.  It will save you from having trouble with your charging system.  It can be mounted in both polarity combination; positive or negative ground.
