Although the cover of this manual looks dirty, the inside is clean and in good condition.   It looks like it has never been used.  No stains or oily finger prints in it.  Some of the pages towards the end of the manual are a little wrinkled because the manual has been exposed to water.  The pages are well separated from each other and there is no smell to it.
