Although this is a NOS manual, it wasn't well protected and got exposed to water.  The cover has a large stain on the front and back pages and also the first few pages of the manual have a fainted stain.  The pages are well separated from each other and there is no bad odor to it.  Other than that, the manual is in very good condition.
