The front and back cover of this catalogue looks rough due to water exposure.   The inside has fainted water stain throughout all of it, however these stains are not affecting any of the information and there is no bad smell to it.  The last page is not very good; it was damaged and has a small piece of paper missing.  Other than that, the catalogue is complete, no other wripped pages and good binding.  If you purchase this catalogue, it won't be for it's good look; it will be for it's information.
